Uintah Forever Living LLC opened its doors officially with our very first client on October 9, 2017. The owner Laipeisi Fotu had been a Host Home Provider in the state of Utah for 12 years. She was awarded DSPD Provider of the Year in 2009 for the state of Utah. Prior to becoming a Host Home Provider, she had 20 years of experience being a Care Giver for the elderly in their homes. Laipeisi was passionate about clients feeling a part of the Host Home family. She worked with two male clients in her home for many years as a Host Home Provider. When she finally felt it was time to retire as a provider, she decided to open this agency so that she could share her love for this work with other families and staff who care for the quality of services this agency now provides for the clients in our services. She had two main goals:

• Provide quality services for the clients we serve.

• Train the best staff out there so that together with their help we can bridge the gap between adults with disabilities and their community.
